Cancel your subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sacredly. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current period to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription. Apple's guide has the details.

Get a refund

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore your subscription

Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe. Then tap Restore on the paywall, or open Settings in Sacredly and tap Restore purchases.

Sacred Pause

Open the Pause tab to choose apps, change your schedule or turn Sacred Pause off. If it can't be switched on, allow Sacredly in iPhone Settings, under Screen Time, Apps With Screen Time Access. Allow notifications too, so the pause screen can bring you back to Sacredly to pray.

Add a widget

Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widgets, and search for Sacredly.

Your data

What you share in Sacredly stays on your iPhone, and deleting the app erases it. To ask us to delete data held by our subscription and analytics providers, email us the ID shown in the app under Settings, Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
