Terms of Use

Last updated November 3, 2026

The short version

This summary is for convenience. The full terms below apply.

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and the developer of Sacredly, named as the seller on its App Store page (“we”, “us”), and not Apple. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies. By downloading or using Sacredly, you agree to both. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We, not Apple, are responsible for Sacredly, its content and its support. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Who can use Sacredly

You must be at least 13, or the higher age your country sets for agreeing to online services. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Sacredly and to buy a subscription.

3. Your license

The Standard EULA is your license to use Sacredly. Unless the law allows it, you may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, or redistribute its content.

4. Subscriptions

5. Sacred Pause

Sacred Pause uses Apple's Screen Time features to place a pause in front of the apps you choose. It depends on your permissions and on iOS, and it can be turned off in the app or in iOS Settings. It may not always work, for example after an iOS update. It isn't a parental control or a safety tool, so please don't rely on it where a failure could cause harm.

6. Faith content, not professional advice

Scripture in the app is quoted from the King James Version. Devotionals, prayers and picture stories are written for reflection and encouragement, and may not reflect every Christian tradition.

Nothing in Sacredly is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't replace a pastor, doctor or counselor. If you are in crisis or might harm yourself, please contact your local emergency services right away. In the US, you can call or text 988. In the UK and Ireland, you can call Samaritans on 116 123.

7. What you write and share

What you write or record in Sacredly stays on your device, as our Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for what you choose to share with others from the app.

8. Using Sacredly fairly

Please don't use Sacredly unlawfully, try to get around the subscription or the app's security, interfere with how it works, or copy its content at scale.

9. Our rights

The app, its design, illustrations, written content, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We don't claim ownership of the Scripture text. These terms give you no rights in our name or logo.

10. Changes to Sacredly

We work to improve Sacredly, so features and content may change. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you pay for, or stop offering the app, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can. Apple can then help you with any refund you are entitled to.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using Sacredly at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app. We may suspend or end your use if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, as far as the law allows. Sections that are meant to continue, such as 12 and 13, stay in effect.

12. Warranty and liability

The Standard EULA sets out the warranty disclaimers and liability limits that apply to Sacredly. We don't promise that the app will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will lead to any spiritual, health or behavioral result.

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your local law gives you, which these terms can't take away. In the UK and EU, those include the right to digital content that is as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

13. Governing law

The Standard EULA says which law applies to your license. Everything else in these terms is governed by the laws of the country of Georgia, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.

14. Other terms

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may transfer these terms to whoever takes over Sacredly, as long as your rights aren't reduced. You may not transfer them. Together with the Standard EULA, these terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Sacredly.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about any significant change. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
